Still World Number 4! Can and has beaten anyone on his day but TV Majors continue to elude him. Must win one soon!
He will never win a major. Its probably affecting him mentally that he's got to so many and can't win.
He’s still relatively young and 2022 has been his best year so I reckon he’ll do it in next ten years unless he gets dartitis like Bristow got years ago.
https://www.pdc.tv/news/2022/10/30/...s-eighth-straight-title-seal-ally-pally-debut Beau Greaves will win a TV title before Smith does. We might finally have a female who can hold her own with the top male players and she's made it harder for Sherrock to male the World Championship overtaking her prize money despite playing in far less events.
Went to the same primary school as my kids did Beau. She’s a few years older than my eldest but they were there at the same time for a couple of years. The school put something out about her playing darts well before she was world champion, she was beating blokes in the pub league when she was about ten by all accounts. Been watching out for her coming through for a while. Pretty sure she still lives with her parents in Sprotbrough, see her about with who I assume is her sister as they look alike. If she can average 107 or whatever it was she averaged against Fallon Sherrock consistently, she will give a lot of the fellas a game. She’s certainly as good or better than most 18 year old male dart players - she can only get better if she starts getting to pdc events and earning money, that would gift more practice time. Good for her. I’d love to see her competing against and beating the big names in the pdc.
