And I now realise I've been wasting my time. I have no doubt at all that, despite conclusive proof of fraud, amongst a thousand other ways we've been ****** over, the actual ombudsman will rule against us too. The FO are a business providing a service for finance companies that they used to do in house. The finance companies save a bucket load by no longer having to do it themselves so pay the FO to do it for them, who make a bloody fortune. We're asking the FO to rule against a company who pay them to look at the complaint for them. And they pay them millions. I'd have more chance if I got FIFA to make a decision.

    Get all your **** together.

Get on the bus to town.

Stop off at a little cafe for a brew and a light snack.

    Walk to the police station.

Report the following but not exclusive to offences

    Fraud
    Deception.

Do not move until you have seen someone called a detective or has pips on their uniform.

Record the names of everyone and everything.

I've got all my **** together, but the police don't investigate fraud committed by financial institutions they refer it to the financial ombudsman service. It's a great system.

This could be related to section 1 of the fraud act though.

I think you my well have to spend a bit on a solicitor to get this moving.

Been in touch with a solicitor. Got an email 8 days ago apologising for not getting back in touch and claiming he'd call me the next day. He didn't. He hasn't contacted me since. Sent a couple of emails since then which haven't been replied to. WTF is going on?

We got our solar panels fitted at the end of March. In August I was going over some paper work stuff and then thought, "This is ******* ridiculous, it can't possibly be happening. It's just ******* madness. The only possible explanation is that I've gone completely doolally and we haven't even had any solar panels installed at all." I went outside to check, but there the b'stards were, on our roof, where the ******* put them.

Maybe someone has already created AI and computers are using you as a test case to see how much they can **** a person up. That's why you're not getting your dinner at Oakwell on Sunday

Re: The decision from the adjudicator at the financial ombudsman service now makes se

It's not just related, they've broken just about every bit of legislation on the ******* thing. I've read the Fraud Act 2006.

    http://www.legislation.gov.uk/ukpga/2006/35/contents

And the Supply of Goods and Services Act 1982 and the Sale of Goods Act 1979 and the Consumer Credit Act 1974 and The Cancellation of Contracts made in a Consumer’s Home or Place of Work etc. Regulations 2008 and Part P of the Building Regulations (Electrical Safety) and the Renewable Energy Consumer Code. Apparently I'm now a qualified solicitor and experts in the field come to me for advice. The one thing I've discovered is that all these laws are worthless. No one gives a **** about them. Laws are only of any value if someone holds the people who break them in to account. And no one does. Nobody cares. Not politicians, not the police, not trading standards or regulatory bodies. No one is interested.

My wife's signature was forged on to a customer satisfaction certificate. The signature looks nothing like hers, they've even spelled her name incorrectly. Nobody came to our house that day to get the signature. Our ceiling was in the process of falling down from the damage the firm had done, we had an open complaint with them, so even if someone had come to us and asked for a signature they would have been told where to go. My wife was on a course that day. She signed in and out of the building. There's dozens of witnesses. We can get CCTV footage of her then arriving in school to take a staff meeting. The financial ombudsman service know all this. They have the certificate and copies of my wife's actual signature. We've given them photocopies of stuff showing where she was. Pictures of the state of our ceiling and emails to the company showing we were dissatisfied with the installation and we wanted it sorting. Recordings of phone calls to the finance firm and emails where we tell them we're not satisfied with the solar panels and we don't want the company paid until we are.

This is what it says on the satisfaction certificate.

    <img src="http://s27.postimg.org/gk2sv6acz/css.jpg">

    The Fraud Act 2006 states:

A person is in breach of this section if he—
(a)dishonestly makes a false representation, and
    (b)intends, by making the representation—
(i)to make a gain for himself or another, or
(ii)to cause loss to another or to expose another to a risk of loss.

A person is guilty of an offence if he makes, adapts, supplies or offers to supply any article—
(a)knowing that it is designed or adapted for use in the course of or in connection with fraud, or
(b)intending it to be used to commit, or assist in the commission of, fraud.

The financial ombudsman service conducted and through investigation. They took our information and all the evidence we supplied then asked the finncial company if either they or the installation company had forged the document. The financial company said they hadn't and that was proof enough for the financial ombudsman service. The police refer such cases to the financial ombudsman service.

I genuinely think if you get Rumpole to go with you to the cop shop they'll intervene.

    Who is your MP ?

Might be worth contacting and explaining your position.

Also as far as solicitors are concerned, I'm afraid that my view on them has taken a downward turn over the past 20 years.
