The Don's point of view

It's all so easy. We'll appoint Flicker to the end of the season and let him bring any old numpty (except Keef) to help so he thinks we like him, with the condition that if we stay up the job's his. That way we get a manager on the cheap with the minimum effort on our part. Then, if the takeover goes ahead it's not down to me (and Barry) to sack him so we won't look like the bad guys. If we go stay up, happy days, if not, he's out at no cost.
