will be lack of coaching.There seems to be a lack of professionalism at oakwell these days.I've nothing against Ritchie,Holden and Tarmey but surely we need more coaching staff to run a first team,a reserve team and an academy team,god two out of the three are pyhsios.Mr Shephard please help Mr Ritchie by bringing somebody like Eric Winstanley or Mal Shotten in to help him out.
We have Tom Little who's fitness coach and a young pyhsio (yes another one) who goes with the academy.
Isnt or wasnt Tarmey a qualified Coach... i seem to remember reading on the official site that Danny Wilson wanted him to help with the first team so he got the Quals and took over the physio job. He was a succesful coach up to then.. and has been since. Holden has a similar story, i think he coached first, but took physio job to help out (incidentally.. he's apparently the most qualified football physio in UK)
