    ............is that he can get fairly good players and make them into really good players

    Consequently we are on one hell of a roller coaster ride here.

    I'm not bothered who goes as long as Keeflicker and Pat Cryne stay at the club..........although a few more directors would be nice

    Cant see how that's a downside. Hope he continues to unearth lower league gems, turn them into saleable assets and sell them on. Makes a change from signing players then releasing them further down the line.

    I guess it can be seen as a positive or a negative but either way you're right that as long as we can keep Keef and Flicker we're going to enjoy the journey.
