    "Although this stand has a capacity of 5,500 seats, the allocation is restricted to 4,800 to prevent overcrowding on the concourse."

    There's going to be 700 empty seats then. What's the point of putting that many seats in if they are never going to be used.

    Isn't the concourse part of the stand? A better way of putting it would be to say that the stand has 5500 seats but a capacity of 4800. They probably haven't done that because it sounds bloody stupid.
