be the difference between Robins being able to bring some quality in in Jan and not. The pit is not bottomless and as much as I think Cryne should have got shut in May and saved himself a few quid by getting Robins before he signed a new contract, he can't keep spending money!

That's not the point - have you read the Charter

Barnsley fans have a right not to pay a penny above £20 for a ticket against the biggest club in the world. They also have the right to expect the chairman to finance every transfer out of his own pocket and not be expected to put anything extra in the pot.

which would be lovely if we got it all

but we don't do we. We get 45% so your 5 times 20 is more like 45k. Not enough for a Dwayne Mattis

RE: That's not the point - have you read the Charter

No it doesnt say that! it says...

'4.7 Tickets for cup competitions are priced in agreement with the opposing Club, but usually no higher than for League matches.'

    USUALLY!!!! USUALLY!!!!

This is Man Utd we are playing..a game where all the nobodys turn up and a full house can be expected...

Do you complain when you dont have to pay the league amount when it gets lowered? ie, Burnley?

If you do the I am sorry, but if you go to both games, it will equal out,
