    I see they're broadcasting live comentary on 7 FA Cup ties over the weekend. I wonder which one's been left out....

    Doesn't bother me one bit. Under the radar is just how I like it. If its any consolation, every match is televised from quarters...if we manage to get through

    An MK Dons fan and a Posh fan watching our game; should be interesting. Talk Sport has become a proper pile of *****. Five live is much better.

    Let's face it, the other game at that time is Arsenal v Blackburn, surely even the most ardent Barnsley fan can see that is a bigger draw for radio commetary

    This may be true however if we're talking about the BBC, it's worth noting that they have no actual need to chase listening figures, as their income is already assured via the license fee. More than any other broadcaster the Beeb has the perfect reason/excuse to spread their coverage around fairly, in order to show that they represent everyone, and should do so accordingly.

    Last time I looked the people that live in Barnsley and Milton Keynes pay exactly the same amount of license fee as those living in London or Blackburn.
