Adie Boothroyd has been charged for what he said to the referee after the game agin Reading.

He could only have been charged ifthe referee mentioned something in his report....this being the referee responsible for one of (if not THE) most stupid decisions in the history of the game.

This referee was omitted from the League Cup matches this week, but will be reffing a premiership game at the weekend, so in effect he's been promoted.

    Yet Adie gets fined....

You'd think the ref might have exercised a bit of common and thought it best to leave well alone.

I don't think this ref has an ounce of common sense in him.

He's 25 years old, green as grass and promoted way beyond his current level of competence.

He could only get to that position within football by following every rule to every last letter, and using no discretion or common sense whatsoever.
