    It's good stuff Hendersons ...

    Although I nearly had to stop using it when they used Sean Bean to market it and brought out bottles in blue and white and red white stripes to 'celebrate' the Sheffield FA Cup Semi-Finals ... urrgh ... couldn't put that on chips until they went back to the reyt bottles.

    Boil the bottle in acid then disinfect. The seal stays intact so the relish isn't contaminated and the bottle is then free of deedar handling germs.

    I tend to go for the handle bottle in gloves and pour to a non-infected container ... costs less than the acid ... and besides I think SYP would have me pegged as the next John George Haigh if I bought that much acid!

    Though I've had stuff brought back from Mexico that makes Encona seem like ketchup an all - it also leads to temporary blindness as well!
