    I had that idea first

    But was told there is no market for organic chocolate.

    Pity I have no interest in becoming rich!!

    When I worked at.......

    The Theatre Royal in Norwich, I had to walk past the Rowntree's factory every morning and the smell was wonderful.

    Had some 90%+ chocolate in France ,

    bitter doesnt quite sum it up correctly.

    so much of our traditional chocky now tastes like greasy cack.

    Poor ingredients, cheap and really quite nasty.
