Multiple fractures of two legs after getting clipped from behind at the 2nd turn.</p>

I am gutted!</p>

It looked pretty bad when I watched the video of the race.

I was hoping that he just tumbled badly and just felt a bit sorry for himself.</p>

My mate spoke to the trainer Sunday and he confirmed he got put down after the race.</p>

He was a beautiful dog as well.</p>

Lovely graceful animals, when our pooch passes away the wife wants to rescue a Greyhound, fine by me.

we adopted one last year as the wife has wanted one for years. copes well with our jack russel who is a year older than him. most placid breed of dog i have ever had.

We've got a Jack Russell at the mo 12 years old, nasty little bleeder.

that doesn't surprise ours can be, She is 9 years old but still runs around like a loony and jumps as high as me. Greyhound just looks at her in a daft way and lays back down and goes to sleep. lol
