The guy from tarn who has a bar in new york...

    ...I can remember reading about this guy a few years ago in the chron who has an english style bar in new york - does anyone know if he still has it and where it is or what it is called? I'm going over there on wednesday and it would be nice to be able to go in and say "oreight".
