I watched a programme last night

that was all about that subject. The suggestion was that the American Government had staged the "event" to give them a reason to go to war.

I can't believe that they would willingly kill so many of their own people just to do that.

 

The whole thing is completely bonkers Laura.

and they managed to persuade innocent muslims to take flying lessons and then commit the crime. LOL

 

Unfortunately the current American administration are itching to go to War.

Rumsfeld was apparently overheard saying that they gave Israel the nod to invade Lebanon in the hope it would draw Iran in.</p>

 

That's what I thought.

I'm tired but ok. I'd forgotten how tiring walking round school was. Also went riding yesterday so my legs ache because of that as well.

I know that sometimes the Americans

forget which troops to fire at but I still can't see how they can have staged what happened - unless they only expected to crash the planes and everyone get out of the buildings. In other words they didn't expect the buildings to collapse (sp).

 

I'm sure that the money spent

on paying for a war could be used for improving lives of all instead of destroying them.

it's the buildings collapse that is what a lot of people find suspicious.</p>

That and things like the small fireball/explosion that you see hit the building before one of the planes, the pentagon plane being flown at 500 mph around 2 foot off the ground by someone described as a very poor pilot by his instructor, no plane wreckage being found, hole about half the size of a jumbo, perfect circle being punched straight through the pentagon, terrorists passports being found in the WTC undamaged but the supposed terrorists that they belong to still being alive and well and not in the US that day, mobile phones not working on board planes (so i heard), all video evidence of the pentagon being hit being confiscated and then claimed that they weren't working that day apart from one decidedly dodgy video that seems to show a different plane to the one claimed to have hit it, and also the evidence that america have admitted in the past making planes to hijack planes in order to gain public support to go to war (in the 60's i think).</p>

No idea whether it was a setup by the government or whether it was an actual terrorist attack but a lot of the questions have so far not been answered yet.</p>

Either way it was terrible what happened to the innocent people.</p>

Everything's peaceful here thanks. The dogs have just had a half-hour tooth-wrestle and are currently dozing in the sun. Just watching all the spectacularly bad X-Factor auditions and laughing out loud.

HMmmm.

Like you say it's bad enough thinking it was a terrorist attack, but to think that your own people had done it is horrendous. I think it is awful that they are going over and over what happened and have made a film "gloryfying" the events. The families who lost loved ones don't need to be constantly reminded of what happened on September 11th.

 

Why benefit the masses when a war benefits the Companies they represent.

Its an unfortunate mix of business and politics.</p>

This conversation is a bit deep for me now

but I would say fellow Americans regardless of colour, religious views etc,.

 

I dont think thats how they see it however.

I am sure what happened will all come out in the end. Unless it ends up like JFK.

 

Just remember that I'm only 12

and even though I'm grown up for my age I still see things from a childs point of view. I would have thought that more companies would benefit if people got on together, rather than just the ones selling guns/bombs and others selling bandages to put people back together again.
