The Howard, Blackwell, Cryne ...........triangle

    One comment in the PC article in the Chronicle stood out for me
    When PC said something on the lines that the candidates list for the managers job last time it was advirtised was poor

    If I remember right Kevin Blackwell was on that list :D

    Now then during the Howard debacle Blackwell said "who wouldn't want to come here once they have looked round"
    Was this a bit of retaliation from Mr Blackwell for not getting the job at Barnsley
    Also, why did Blackwell lean over backwards to make sure Howard left Barnsley and went to Bramall Lane

    Is Blackwell taking a leaf out of Warnocks school of management...........i.e. when you can, buy all the best players that your local rivals have.

    Yes, one of the best............

    ........but the money that United have got Blackwell could have got someone equally as good from a premeirship side - but he didn't, he went to Barnsley instead

    If truth be known, I bet Blackwell is a bit sore that they gave the Barnsley managers job to a novice and he didn't get it
    And can you remember the comments PC made at the time of the appointment of Davey
    PC said something on the lines that Davey was the only person that impressed them when he came to the interview with a portfolio of all the Barnsley players

    I can hear Blackwell now.......I've been second in command at sheffield United and been in charge at Leeds and these foookers at Barnsley have overlooked me for a novice !!!

    He's a cocky little ******* is Blackwell
    The only time I want Sheffield Wednesday to win is this Sunday

    ...........to tell people to.................GET A GRIP !!!

    He uses this term often on here to try and quell the fears and horrors of individuals minds when they have fallen by the wayside and are lying in the gutter of Barnsley Football Club despair
