At 3-1 we looked well in control. There looked to be only one winner.

They then rather fortuitously got a 2nd, from what was a clear hand ball. It was a nervous final few minutes, with Blackpool looking the more likely to score an equaliser than us scoring a 4th. But as it was, Matty Templeton of all people broke away to score after a neat one two with Ben Pearson.

That could very well be the goal that turns our season around, we were looking rather nervous in the closing stages, and will have done us a world of good to go and nick a goal like that, rather than conceding another late goal to drop 2 points.

Pardon the poor choice of words, but that goal was massive.

let's see eh. they were probably the worst team i've seen at oakwell this season, and they still managed to be in it with 3 minutes left. good day at the office, need to reproduce it..

You're not wrong, this is what Ive been saying for weeks about goals colouring so many opinions.Had we conceded an equaliser...which looked possible,
this board would have been in total meltdown rather than the happy place it is tonight.

Barnsley FC need to replace the entire back 4 they were poor today at doing for what they are paid. Mawson is a non league player at best. Wabara not much better.
Midfield defensively we are poor. When did we last have a clean sheet? Well over 3 months ago.

An awful game played by two relegation struggling sides.
