    Very sad indeed.

    It reminds me of when Larry LaPrise passed away. Not many people would have heard of him, but he was the author of the "Hokey Cokey". The funeral was a traumatic affair for his family. Being a rather large man in life they had difficulty in getting his body into the coffin. They started by putting his left leg in and it all went tragically wrong from there.
