Massively disappointed today for a number of reasons:

    1. We were better than them. Much better in terms of the chances we created and most other things. However, they were terrible.

    2. Our subs. Do we decide our subs before the game? When we brought Mellis off he was our most dangerous player. When Dawson came on Paddy had been blowing for half an hour yet Cywka stays on the bench. I'm yet to see a tactical change this season that's helped us. Just the opposite.

    3. Surgery. When we lost to Bournemouth Flitcroft said in no uncertain terms his players weren't good enough. He needed new, better ones. We've given him the chance to bring those in & still we're not winning games. We're competing but we're not winning.

    4. Our 'style'. We don't have one. All our success under Flitcroft came from playing in the other sides half. We got it forward quickly and our midfield followed that up & pressed other teams practically into submission. We still hot it long but we just don't support our front men. At all. I also can't remember a game with as many poor ten yard passes. Straight to them, out of play. Everything. I know I take the piss supporting Keith bit I supported him because a) I didn't think he got a massive amount of support from the board until it was too late and b) we were developing a style of play. Sometimes it was **** but you could see clearly what he was trying to achieve. I don't see that from Flitcroft at the moment.

The board have two options. 1. They come out and say Flitcroft is the man to steer us and manage 'the brand with Premier aspirations'. He gets the full support to do what he feels best for the long term in the next two years. He remains even if we're relegated. 2. Sack him & sack him now. Define what strategy we have and bring in a manager that fits that and quickly.

They need to decide quickly and to be hhonest I'm not sure which I'd go for.

Option 1 will never happen in today's game. Not at BFC anyway. At best they'll back him for, say, 10 games at a time, and keep reviewing the situation. I don't think he's got long left at the Club, unless we start winning games pdq.

And that's why we will, in my opinion, never prosper against clubs that have the ££££

I think option 2 will be chosen very soon, possibly even before the next game. Flicker only has himself to blame if he is sacked.

I hope so. Sorry Flicker, you're a nice bloke and all, but you're not a very good football manager. In my opinion.
