Just who made the decision for Steely to play "keep ball"? I've heard that it may have come from Vaughan or Novak but surely the instruction must have come from the bench. did anyone see Robins and Flicker having a chat or did Luke do it off his own bat?

Why would he kick the ball back up field when he wasn't being out under any pressure by their strikers.

What about their ball boys taking an age to give the ball back when they were on level terms. When at that point we needed a win.

definitely definitely came from the bench. at one point they were on the actual pitch, telling steele to hold the ball. granted, hudders were definitely aware of what was going on and were happy to stay where they were.

marriner (lovely person) told novak to chase the ball down at one stage, but he just walked away. their centre half was gesticulating at steele to fire the ball into the crowd for a throw in, and at one point their full back had a sit down :)

no doubt whatsoever that hudders were happy to send posh down. had it been any other Club, I don't think that would have happened. i guess that's what happens, when your chairman mocks the opposition fans in a public speech, and says 'they can wipe their ar$es with their tshirts'

    $hit happens

Don't get me wrong, I'm not criticising, he'll always be a hero in my book. I'm just interested in the lead up that's all. My lad (a Huddersfield ST holdet, but I've forgiven him for that) told me it was a Town player who told Steele what was going on.

Well you wouldn't but apparently, so i'm being told by some, we were "match fixing" because hudders didn't pressure us. Haha it's a joke tbh.

Where did the bad blood between Hudds and Peterborough come from? Must have passed me by that.
