we haven't got a striker who can finish-the difference between the sides was Campbell-otherwise we held our own for the most part

Agree in principal, though even with a striker who could finish last night, would we have scored? Didn't think we created anything to finish, the closest we went was a deflected free-kick and a miss-hit cross.

Surely for a striker to finish he has to get the ball first….there was nothing of note to the forwards.

Big thump to big forrad. You'd think it would work but Odejayi does not seem to be able to hold the ball up or muscle the defenders, despite his size and weight. Struggling for confidence in a big way if you ask me and we have not got the time for him to find some confidence

We were second best for 80% of the game. Hull worked much harder and thoroughly deserved their victory. There will probably be few more thumpings to come this season, we just have to make sure we don't get dragged into a relegation dogfifight.

    don't agree about last night

how many chances did we have? problem is in creating them. Miguel clearly needs service and a simple comparison between Him wi' a reight shiner and ODJi shows how crap KO was last night. Even the strikers can't conjure chances. You're right about this season though, Stan has missed a few

They still wouldn't have got the service, but a player like Campbell who will pick the ball up and run at defences is what we need.
