Four Feathers was a good film too. If you're into the period.

It is a very good film .
Also a very good film is “The Lion of the Desert “
Which is about the occupation of Ethiopia or Abyssinia as it was known then by the Italians .
There’s some great actors in this film including Rod Steiger, Anthony Quinn etc .
The film is in English although it was mainly produced and Directed by Arabic film makers .
I think this is one of the reasons it didn’t feature highly on English TV or Cinemas .
Well worth a Watch imo although aged a bit now.
    P s
How could I forget that the late great Oliver Reed also features in this film .
