    Yeah 1969 ehh guys (two years before I was born lol).
    Apparently there was Woodstock in the Usa, and there was the Chappaquidick incident there as well.
    And there was Ian Paisley shouting very loudly again lol, in his Norn Iron accent!.
    And the student Jan Palach killed himself, in the Czech protest against the Soviets invasion.
    And there was the Us soldiers refusing to follow orders in the Vietnam war, and there was the mysterious death of Brian Jones, of The Stones!. :eek:

    My 1969 went like this. Attempt to get born, medical emergency, get cut out instead, spend the first 2 weeks in the SCBU (it won’t surprise anyone who knows me that I even started my life unwell!), then eventually get discharged and spend the final 2 months of the 60s at home in Dodworth.
