....a complete contrast to last week. I said then that all 4 players were poor against Charlton & it was completely different today.

Hammill had a good game out wide & nearly scored what would have possibly been the greatest goal I'd seen live. Plenty of tricks, came inside but also wasn't afraid to use his left foot. Good delivery from set pieces as well.

Anderson & Andranik had good games. Think Anderson had a rocket up his arse from last week as he worked his B*ll*cks off. Some great pieces of skill, good tackles & covered the right well. Andranik is getting better with each game he plays as well.

Man of the match for me though was Colace. Sat deep, covered all the others & QPR very rarely got past him. Won lots of 50-50 balls & then distributed is easy. A fantastic performance.

Mention for Souza & Mifsud as well. Souza let nothing past him today & muscled up well to Helguson who won very little. Mifsud looked dangerous every time we had the ball & a few times he was through only to get a shot blocked or not be found with the final pass. Great cross for Bogdanovic who took his goal well.

A great performace, thoroughly deserved win & 7 points from 9. 1 goal conceded in 3. Lets have a positive Saturday for once.

Agree 100%, but can I just say...

That Hammill was also immense defensive-wise. Some of his tracking back and tackling was absolutely brilliant. Took a lot of pressure on us. Top player.

Colace was my man of the match today, but overall, no one for me played bad.

I agree with that. Thought he got us going. Hope mifsud gets one soon as well, he'll definately deserve it.

Shows that when a bit of passion & some tackles go in that we can make a great atmosphere.

    Anderson

I think Anderson is a confidence player and it was the goal that turned him round. He was pretty anonymous in the first half but after he scored he was immense.</p>

    The difference with Anderson

was partly due to the lack of JCR taking the ball off him from 2 yards away. ADS is well capable of running the midfield - let him get on with it & get JCR on the wing where he belongs.

Could be that Davey's wingless wonders will be a hit after all. The passing & movement was great today and should get better as the new lads settle in. I'm looking forred to Birmingham game (no doubt KP will score though).
