    Not happy that they are linked to loan of Luke Thomas it seems. As they are so massive they aren't happy with the prospect of taking a player from a so called smaller club..... I cannot stand fans like that when they show this 'big club' arrogance. For me all that matters is how many points a club has on board. I don't give a crap how many fans you have etc. The fact they don't want a player on loan from a team in the league above is laughable. He might not be the best player around but I bet he would improve them.

    I know it's what he wants but fell for it. It is huge hate of mine this whole 'big club' mentality it drives me mad. I expect it from the likes of owls and Leeds etc but not from bloody Ipswich

    Maybe if they werent a whole league below us they wouldnt be looking on players not quite good enough for the Championship to help them in their 3rd division push for the playoffs. Its a stupid post. Its like us moaning at having to take players from small sides like Leicester

    we got 6 Greggs to their 4 Greggs, its 4 all for Maccy D's, we are smashing them 12 Farm Shops to 6 Farm shops, but sadly research as proven your statistically likely to be overcharged in ours

    They are a bigger club than us.
    They get bigger crowds, they've won the League, the FA Cup, the UEFA Cup. They've played many more seasons in the top flight than us.
    However, a little more humility and realism from their fans as to their standing in the current money dominated era of football may have resulted in them not getting relegated to the third tier in the first place.

    I don’t think any Reds fan would argue that ipswich are better supported, the one obvious reason is they are aren’t surrounded by bigger clubs. Just Norwich in a neighbouring county.

    Bit silly of him really. He needs to take their current situation for what it is, not how many fans they used to get.

    As with the Wigan business, lets be absolutely clear on the context here.

Unless I have missed additional stuff "they" in this context isn't Ipswich Town and it isn't Ipswich Town fans. It's one pillock. Too many times we see these imagined slights between fans of two clubs when it comes down to a handful of internet idiots.

    As BarnsleyReds's posts always remind me, there are posters on this very site who believe knees aren't important for goalkeepers. "Those Barnsley fans are deluded... they believe goalkeepers don't need knees."

    Is there any truth behind Thomas heading there?

    I'd say he was quite an important squad member. Defo not the finished article especially decision making for the final ball but not one we ought to be shipping out unless we have big plans in terms of brining people in during this window.
