The minute's silence at the next home game...

    We should be lobbying for a minute's silence for Margaret Thatcher at the next home match.

    Barnsley people should have the opportunity to show their respect for the Baroness.

    It may be embarrassing to some, but let the Barnsley people be heard or be silent.

    The Thatcher years was the most important period in the history of the tarn. I feel that Club is the focal point for Barnsley-folk and I trust that they will allow their people to show their grief. Colours to the mast, BFC. I will send an email to the Club asking them to allow their townspeople show their respect.

    Maybe I didn't put my point across so well... I think that a minutes silence would give the Barnsley public a chance to have the last word... (I wouldn't expect to hear a pin drop).....

    Mario, you are always on here talking BFC... it'd be your focal point. It is mine as I live away and come on here to keep in touch with things Tarn.

    what are other focal points for tarnfolk? Chennels? the rotunda thing outside the old Burtons? Barnsley Chronicle? rahnd tarn on friday neet? Barnsley Market?

    If the club is stupid enough to have a minutes silence, I'll stand under the concave until its finished. although I detest this women I wouldn't celebrate her death or mourn it either.
