Aspect for me is that as poor as we've been this season, just one more win would have seen us safe. I really don't think there will be that many poor sides in the Championship next season. Looking back at the missed opportunities, the following home games that spring to mind are Fulham, Cardiff, Hull and Burton, we should have taken something from all those games but for various reasons did not. In terms of away games what about Hull where we were leading 2-1, sat back and ended up drawing. Wednesday away where we had a second goal disallowed for a 'foul' and even the usually biased Radio Sheffield team couldn't find anything wrong with it, very fine margins and all that.
This summer gives us a chance to rebuild, hopefully we will bring in a coach with experience of the championship/league one, recruit accordingly and come back up in a stronger position 12 months from now.

Anyhow, hope everyone off here has a cracking summer, you reds!!

If only. What about the Bolton pen on 85 mins had we beaten Bolton in that game we’d have been safe but then we got lucky against the Blunts.

The sad fact is 41 points or even a few more doesn’t deserve to stay up. Let’s be honest we have been playing relegation football for the last 1.5 seasons so no complaints from me this time round

What I find frustrating is that two of the three relegated clubs have looked after their finances whilst the likes of Birmingham and Bolton get away with it. So much for ffp

Oh absolutely and I do agree with you, no way did we deserve to stay up, was just looking back at a few missed opportunities and I'm sure Burton fans would be doing the same.

So many times under Morais we’ve blown Leeds & he’s took way too long to change it, Norwich at home, McBurnie was knackered & we were getting torn apart down that side for about 20 minutes before they finally equalised, so preventable & so frustrating when them extra 2 points would’ve saved us

one more win would have seen Burton straight too.... one more win would seen Fulham straight too.... that if only attitude is just pointless.
