...young girl sat behind me tonight.

Whoever you are, you are an utter disgrace.

lovely person this, tw@t that. There are children near you and you shout and eff and jeff at the top of your voice.

    Shame on you.

    Great win though. You reds!

A young girl not to shout the word lovely person into the ear of a child.

Even at a football game, is that too much to expect?

Could you not have moved away? It's normal vocabulary for a football match, especially at away games

You shouldn't have to listen to that.

I've not heard a woman swear like that before so loudly.

Children in front of me were turning round to look at her - a bad example to set to them.

Anyway, enough of that. The football we played coming forward was excellent at times; slick inter-passing and hitting them on the break. Could have been 4 late on when Crowley broke free and squared it to Connor Wilkinson, who lashed in a shot which the keeper did well to parry.

    Now for a late nightcap.

Only regret? Wish we could sign Dan Crowley.

We were penned in one section; there was no room to move elsewhere. not that you should have to move anyway.

What difference does it make if it's a woman? You should have all just told her to shut up or giving her 'the glare'. Those are my go to responses when there are kids around.

Don't be pedantic. I'm stating a fact. I've heard blokes swearing loudly like that but not a woman.

Next time for you I'll write "a person" instead of "a woman."

    Happy now?

Barnsley fans have to be the most boring and moaning tw@ts in the world. Lets all just sit there and not make a sound and some will be happy.

I'm not specifically an 'English teacher' :) My problem is that I edit what I'm saying a lot when I'm writing and then forget to proof read. I'm perfectly aware that it needed the past tense but I originally wrote 'I normally end up giving them the glare'. I don't normally edit my sentences halfway through and delete bits I've already said when teaching. Well, not usually...

I think it's rather pathetic that you genuinely believe that.

There's places to swear and there is places that swearing is normal, football is a place where it is normal, Also what if never meant the word lovely person? As you can see I mention swearing as a whole.
