I am sure there are many valid reasons as to why the station has been taken off air. The issue that concerns me is the way the decision has been reported on the official site. As I understand it, the person in charge of media issues is Mr Robert Knowles. I would respectfully like to ask him as the clubs media representative why issues such as this have to be reported in such an antagonistic way? the fact verses myth article was an appalling piece of diatribe in my opinion, aimed at supporters seeking to find out the truth behind the decision. Please Mr Knowles why do you continue in your post if your opinion of the clubs supporters / customers is so low?
In fairness to Rib Noodles, as it says at the top of the Facts and Myths article/diatribe, it is quoted from today's Barnsley Football Weekly and not written by Noodles himself. The poor piece of journalism, in my opinion (as stated elsewhere) was the original statement which started the myths and bears no resemblance whatsoever to the information now being trotted out as "Fact"
agreed Instead of working WITH the supporters, instead of trying to HELP the supporters to understand, the club instead chooses to take a swipe at supporters and further alienate them and to be perfectly honest I am just about fecked off with it now. Why should you and I be made to feel like we are hated by our own football club just because we want to know the truth?
