Doesn't thank Ritchie for his time at the club. It doesn't even wish him luck for the future or anything. It's just bizarre.

States exactly what the regional pres has been saying about Ritchie and his intransigence and subborness in thinking he was right and everyone else was wrong, Got his just desserts i say.

    Time will tell?

Be real easy to attract players without a manger though won't it?

    Maybe Ritchie was right.
Maybe this team is good enough to stay up.
Maybe the money provided by Shep wasn't enough.
Maybe the transfer targets weren't better than the players we already have.

Who's judgement on players do you trust? Notoriously fickle fans, the chairman, or a manager who works with them on a daily basis and got these players promoted against all the odds.

A manager needs to be judged on results. Granted, results haven't gone our way recently but we are only 2 places off where most of us would settled for at the start of the season. Survival was and is still possible. If Ritchie has been sacked because Shepherd disagreed with his selections/players choices why doesn't he appoint himself manager?

    Poor decision in my opinion.
