    The problem is nothing to do with who comes in, you could bring Pep in and it wouldn't make much difference.
    The whole philosophy and ideology of the club needs to change from the people above trying to implement a playing style to increase player values vs winning games of football.

    Congratulations to Derby County played some crap winning football with old heads all beit on a bob or two, but there are players out there this summer who'd make us 10 times better, being skint shouldn't be the reason we hide behind a set model, teams with much lower budgets than us have schooled us at times this season with well organised defences and effective simple football.
