No, they come back with "ah but, it fell through cos <insert next baseless rumour here>" type responses.
Personally I would never back anything based on a tip on here unless it felt likely/logical to me. And I could afford to lose the money.
The thing is...anyone who ACTUALLY has inside info, before the event, shouldn't be posting it anyway.

Don't be stupid enough to bet in the first place. Apart from a handful of professional gamblers the vast majority of punters lose money no matter what they may claim. That's why bookies lay off bets from professionals because know their biggest earnings come from what they call mug money.
To be fair Thalhammer had his photo taken in the dugout. If you'd told me that objective fact I'd have put as much money on as I could scrape together.
