I'd do the same, id hide my money from the Tax man if i was in that position financially. Too many people want too much from successful people, they worked hard to earn that so why should dossers who do nowt all their life get a portion of it?
A question to the people who defend this: exactly how much money is too much? (aside from the fact this is a tax issue) Because if you really think they earn it then presumably they're entitled to, in theory, as much as they can accumulate? When do you stop? When they gave so much money that it costs prople their lives in starvation? Lack of heating? Lost homes? Well that's already happening. This particular piece isn't really about the UK, it's about poor nations and poor people seeing money that should be used for education, infrastructure and health being siphoned off into the pockets of people who already have wealth beyond their wildest dreams. This leads to crime, terrorism, unstable nations and dead men, women and children whose only fault in life was to be born into a country being fleeced of its taxes by rich psychopaths who are interested only in their own selfish lives and the power that it brings. So sure make excuses for them and castigate the poor here and in other countries. I mean if they were only as intelligent, motivated and clever as these people they'd be as rich too. Right?

I am with you Watcher. The wealth of some is obscene to the extreme in a world that has so many problems.
I had no point at all. The subject of the thread just reminded me of the chorus of the song which I think is quite catchy. No political point intended to be made by me at all
