about two or three voices suggest sacking Hecky and there is then a perception that ‘people want him out’

What a load of nonsense- he is more backed by this fan base than any other manager in the country - on a par with Chris Wilder.

I agree although it’s understandable to a certain degree that people are turning due to the last 12 months. Results aren’t great and with that ramps up the pressure. I love Hecky but it can’t go on for ever. Hopefully this window sorts out the obvious issues.

Agreed. It's been said often enough recently but this forum is going downhill fast. I joined it back in the good old days when you could guarantee plenty of laugh out loud moments every time you logged in. Now it is all doom and gloom, attrition or personal insults and it's just getting boring beyond belief.

The number of people who claim to "know" what is going on, or going to happen, is incredible. Why can't they just admit that they know NOTHING, like the rest of us, and just wait and see what is going to happen. That will never happen, obviously, because they are too clever for that. I sometimes wonder why I bother reading anything or writing my thoughts on here. It's getting quite close to that "can't be bothered any more" time.
