    Laughing at that! But I have to agree with Mark - given I don't get to see the players on a week-to-week basis (and can barely bring myself to watch on Player at the moment), it has come as a shock to me today to see such an unkempt rabble. Get that facial hair trimmed, boys - it can't do you any harm. You lot look a right mess.

    There's a bit of a difference though - it is a tradition amongst North American teams in pretty much all sports to not shave when your team enters the playoffs - and if you keep on going right through to the finals it's usually a good 7 or 8 weeks since the regular season ended, which allows a lot of time for growth. In other words, facial hair = a sign of success. Not exactly the case at Barnsley, I'm afraid.
