THE PROBLEMS AS I SEE IT

1 Ageing slow defence with no cover 2 A midfield that looks good when teams give them the time and room to play but are light weight when theres a battle to be won 3 A set of strikers who for one reason or another just don't seem to be able to get it right macken was a good player but as only scored 20 goals a season once or twice hume is not a 20 goals a season player bogdanavic could be i think but needs a good run in the team i cant even bring myself to call the other one a striker and a set of development kids who are either too young or came from non league club and are likely to be ruined if brought into a struggling team like ours. 4 The whole squad is paper thin even when the foreign players get clearence. 5 The main reason we are were we are though is the manager he released or sold players early this summer and waited till the last minute to sign new ones and again as come up short he didn't learn from the mullar and colace deals did he so once again we are waiting for clearence and as for the supposed gray deal thats done and dusted but for the transfer embargo well the charlton manager tells a very different story according to him Barnsley have been in contact all summer about gray but the deal doesn't stack up and nothing is agreed and charlton appear to be signing and selling players. The facts are this, after three years this is his team his signings his way of playing either hes kept or brought in rubbish or the players are decent and his tactics and motivational skills are crap, personally i dont care which way round it is, its his fault and cryne must act quickly and get rid or this season will be a repeat of the last two with i fear the only exception being this time we go down
