One of them - her husband said that she could not lose weight at home, only in hospital. Yet she hadn't got off the bed in 5 years....so he's feeding here therefore she could stick to a diet.

I used to work with a very big guy (20 stone maybe a bit more) and when he said that he could only buy clothes by mail order cause no shops stocked his size then I thought that would certainly be a wake-up call.

The First man who last all that weight and went to 14 stone, and he said that the docter told him he was too skinny
