Ps3 is of a different quality to the 360. It's superb.

And for online gameplay, ps3 is unbeatable!!!

Compared with the inferior 360 with its disk space limits they'll either release a new xbox or you'll have to buy games on multiple disks

the only advantage ps3 has is blu-ray , the online play on ps3 albeit free isn't as good as xbox live, xbox has better games, and is a cheaper console,

 

Always been a PS fan and have just got a PS3. No complaints, its superb. No extras to buy. The Xbox reliability issues puts me off. All the PS's I have had have lasted for years with no problems. Infact in about 15 years I have only had to buy 2 PS (one was dropped), 1 PS2 (sold on), 1 PS2 slimline, and now a PS3.

 

PS3 mate, deffo. Given time it will prove to be the best i'm sure. It's the most powerful console of the 2 without question, so it's obvious that given a bit more time the PS33 will prove its worth. No extras to have to buy like with the 360, and the online is free unlike the 360.

PS3 online games unbeatable

Have you played Halo 3 , Gears of War on line? (chinny) X Box for me - new 60Gb version released at £199 then buy wireless adaptor. As for the online - £2 a month is hardly a lot!

As the saying goes, You pay for what you get

If you want the cheap and cheerful package, the 360 is the one. Mind, with all the add ons, is it really that much cheaper? Its certainly inferior.

 

What you get fantastic games and great on line play?

That's terrible! It's inferior because it doesn't have blu ray which, as statistics show noone is interested in! People aren't bothered about switching from DVD to Blu ray . You buy a GAMES CONSOLE to play games - bigger 360 catalogue because yes it has been out longer but the games are just as good. As for the PS3 catching up - this generation of gaming is over half way through with developers now looking to develop next generation machines.

 

I hardly used my 360 and it managed to 'ROD' within about five months. nt

the pad always put me off

3 consoles in and serving up the same ***** pad, uncomfortable as hell.

 

the Xbox only gets the RROD

due to poor ventilation and where it is placed.

wait for the new 60gb version if you're going to get one. new update will mean a larger HDD is necessary plus it will most likely contain various bug fixes
