    Street party or concert taking place anywhere?



    Blimey i remember being up Hallsworth Avenue up Jump in 77 (Silver Jubilee) when we put dustbins along the bottom of the road to stop traffic and put tressle tables out for everyone on the street then went down to a fancy dress party at the Albion down Hemingfield.

    we did summat similar up Ardsley in '77 (did not use bins to block the road off-a bit more classy than that!)........and all us kids got them cheap Silver Jubilee coins in a little plastic pocket............ fekking worthless!!
