    i was racking my brains for positives over the past few weeks. Firstly thought of the Barnsley Two's ban and reinstatement but can't think if that qualifies. But what does is......

    I said it on another thread but i think they shouldn't sack him. Just appoint a Manager. LJ can stay as head coach and we won't have to pay owt out.

    Yeah but he might not like it and leave or maybe even with some experience to support him, he may develop positively himself. You never know in 18 years we have a ready made replacement. Succession planning at its best ;)
