Nailed on red for me - as was the pen we didnt get in the first half when Winall was flattened from behind when through on goal
Ref dreadful and linesmen not much better - hilarious offside given against Hemmings when he must have been at least 5 yards on when the ball was played the worst of several bad decisions

And how come the challenge in the first half on Cole wasn't worth a yellow, yet Ramage's was?

To be fair if I I'd been the ref I would have booked Ramage. I don't think Devante's theatrics help him at times with refs.

Again more inept officials. Our is it a conspiracy by the FA to stop us getting promoted? ???

He didn't even talk to their lad who gave the penalty away, Cole had got in behind him and was definitely through on goal. It was AT LEAST a booking, and yet he didn't even have a word with him. Madness

    Just to clear something up.

Anyone who thinks we deserved a pen in the first half when Winnall went down is absolutely mental. Never a pen in a million years.

Bizarre that he didn't at least book there lad for the foul on Cole though

Where were you sitting - because from the West Upper near the half way line it looked a pen to me - but must admit I didnt have as clear a view of it as I did of Cole being brought down

He should have gave at least a yellow for giving a pen away but he was shocking for both sides. If that Ramage yellow had been done on one of our players we'd have wanted a red. The amount of time wasting both keepers did I was glad the ref only added four on at full time.

Yes it was rather puzzling. I had thought that if you deny a goal scoring opportunity then it's a straight red card..

If so, you can't get any more a clearer red card than that!

East Upper, honestly it was never a pen. Some of the fella's around me will literally appeal for anything & were going mad demanding a pen but it was never a foul.

They were also trying to make out Ramage didn't deserve a booking for the foul in front of the west stand. They've either got a biased view or beer goggles on

How can being ****ted from behind be theatrical ? Ref was awful all night. Penalty decision was a straight red but never even booked him

Either the refs are significantly worse this year or I care much more now because I find myself getting frustrated at the officials all the time this season. I haven't done for years, but maybe that was due to the fact that I'd resigned myself to us being crap and losing so it didn't make any difference what the ref did.

The linesman on east stand side was a cheating ****. Disallowed that goal which didn't look offside, pulled Hemings up too. Then when colechester were attacking the ball went so far over the dead ball line it was nearly on the red track and he said it didn't go over.

I was worried the ref was going to give 5 if not six minutes injury time at full time so was thankful it was four. If it's half a minute per situation you had......

    5 subs = 2.5 mins.
    3 goals = 1.5 mins.

Then you had keepers time wasting and a penalty to wait for. We had to replace the ball that went over the west stand too.

Disallowed goal I need to see again but I'm surprised Ramage was offside given he was sandwiched between defenders wasn't in line though so can't be sure on that on
Hemmings was so far onside it was funny must have been at least 5 yards on when ball was played
ball over the line I thought I could see the goal line between me and the ball and was surprised it was still in
there was also a Colchester attack where there player was a good yard off but deemed onside as I was looking right along the line for it I and those round me were rather annoyed it wasn't given
