Did they get lost in the post or something? I've nowt to complain about, I've got upper tier tickets, but I don't understand why they weren't all available from the get go.
Had an insight into the way that tickets are released when we played Swansea in Cardiff. It is deliberate box office policy. Don't ask me why cos it was blue murder back then when we were virtually front of queue and they gave us tickets up in the corner. Eventually swapped them for tickets on the halfway line, front of the second tier, which were available all along. Choose to believe me or not but the tickets will be in piles on a desk in the back room and the order in which the blocks of seats will have been pre-determined.
I'm glad having a ST, and every other ******* thing I and other fans do for that club is considered on occasions like this.
It's a disgrace and there isn't a person alive who can defend the club on this one. Shitting on the fans at every opportunity. I really hope the supporters trust kicks up a fuss about this and doesn't accept any ******** excuses.
From where exactly? We were allocated 6,000 tickets and that allocation hasn't changed. I know this because I've just asked manchester city football club who informed me that we have got 6,000 tickets and have always had 6,000 tickets. And even if they have just appeared, they KNEW they were going to appear so why lie to season ticket holders and say that they had sold out when quite clearly they hadn't and they knew they hadn't. Sorry but he's got to go as he's overseen this fiasco once again
"From where?" what a stupid question.Obviously Man City ONLY released so many tickets at a time, so much for lower tier and so much for upper. The more we sell the more they will release.
Might be wrong but i'm sure i read Barnsley supporters have up to 6,100 tickets.Didnt see it saying they were sending all 6,100 tickets
I think your right Wayne. When I went for my MKDons tickets the club were waiting for the second batch to arrive. We had a 4k allocation but they weren't all sent at once. The club were very helpful and offered to post them out to me which I declined and I called the day after to pick them up.The club can't give you what they haven't got.
But they can tell the truth and say they're waiting for the second shipment of tickets. And Man City say that BFC CHOSE not to take them all at once
When I went for a ticket on Wednesday afternoon bloke in front asked for Upper Tier ticket and was told that there weren't any 'but the club are getting another batch of tickets tomorrow.' Presumably City want to ensure that each section of their ground was fully sold before releasing another set of tickets.
There's no cover up. City didn't have all the tickets printed n ready wen they sent the first batch to bfc. The ticket office staff were telling people that they were getting more upper tier tickets n offering the fans the option of lower tier tickets or to come back wen the rest of the upper tier tickets came in. I think the club has got it right this time n the ticket office staff have done a sterling job
Agree 100% Keith, it seems that whatever happens some people just can't stop themselves moaning and making summat out of nowt. Someone has even rung City to back up his moaning, pathetic.
