If anything it looked like we might nick it 0-1

Then JCR does a school boy error
Then De Silva does a school boy error
    Then Foster is out muscled

And we end up losing 3-0...................unbeleivably poor display by Barnsley
We gave Palace the game on a plate
Sunday mourning and I still cant get over it

Is Pat Cryne keeping his powder dry ???

I'm starting to think Pat Cryne is keeping his powder dry i.e. not spending and waiting to see what happens
Waiting to see what happens with Davey to see if Davey can turn things round
At the begining of the season PC has said we need the striker problems sorting out
Its plain to see now that Hume is not an out and out forward and would be a good replacement for Devaney
Rigters is proving to be a poor aquisition
We are still in desperate need of two PROPER STRIKERS

But is PC waiting to give that money to a NEW MANAGER to allow a new manager some money to bring players in that the new manager thinks we need
    Its looking that way

    Yes I agree

If Righters had scored instead of giving the ball to the keeper, it could have been so different. By the way, I thought Righters was poor, he didn't look like a Premier League striker to me.

    Hume is a striker but...

having to play Devaney's game too, due to lack of ability! Kyel Reid and David Connelly would do us the world of good!

No idea. Definitely not at work, though. Honest.

    "Sunday mourning."

Bang on Nudge. Everyone I spoke to about the game last night were in a state of shock. Palace aren't a good side by any stretch of the imagination, and we let them dictate the game, handed them three sloppy goals and barely troubled their keeper.

Terrible. Doesn't look any better now I've calmed down either.

Still feeling bad about yesterdays performance..........but

..............seeing Howards face after he was substituted and then Wendy going on to win the game has cheered me up a bit

The Stokes guy looks a better player than Howard.........why didn't we get him

Or is it the case, like I've said in an earlier thread...........PC wont release any more money so we aint getting anybody else while SD is the manager
If thats the case we are relegated
