    He was trying to do it as an embedded multimedia object.
    The HTML for this was not recognised by the forum script.
    Is there any way around this?

    I know the answer to that

    The BBS software can have html turned on or off and even when it is turned on certain things (iframes, embedding, etc) won't work for security reasons.</p>

    I know that because I read it on the softwares website yesterday (nice coincidence i think)</p>

    I like it. I think that it must be possible somehow because if memory serves me right then CityTyke himself has embedded video files into his posts before.</p>
