there have been a lot of opinions about this. A good many have seen him come back and have not seen the INSTANT miracle a Messiah is supposed to do. So many have said its been the wrong appointment, and that older members are living in the past , on the Glory of the premier league promotion season. Oh and yes it was glorious , I was there when Clint sent us all to heaven. But that was when my career and health etc allowed me to attend at will, and hold ST after ST. However Mr Wilson way back then did not appear like some Gandalfesque figure... wave a wand and presto we were there.... no he took a couple of years or so to get it together , he was booed even back then and the suggestion he was not fit for purpose was whispered on certain corridors. However he eventually got his team, his staff... and the rest is history as they say. Can he replicate that, who knows.. but right now after looking at his outgoings incomings etc... there are certainly hints of those days. The lad was called Judas when he left us, I believe had it been for any other club than a Sheffield or other local club then maybe that would not have been the case. Right now we need stability , we need a capable man to build a team for us. Personally I am a believer in the fact that Mr Wilson can satisfy that need.... however sometimes you have to go back a little to eventually come forwards..... just ask any Man Utd fan at present .
