just trying to save the club money. I know we can't pay massive wages. But we can find &pound;75k + wagesfor Mattis, Leon Knight/Eckersley/Ritchie Jones wages, and not play them.

we're only saddled with one of those permanently-and loanees often have some/all of their wages paid by their club

 

Near miss with Leon Knight. The deal was he would sign

permanently after his trial if he was OK, would have been another &pound;100K.
