    last year there was a fubar about 'box office signings' and the hoo haar linked to that with Richtea. I think the club are playing it a lot better holding the cards to the chest as it prevents last year happening again.

    it would seem the whole world has it officially about the Dutch guy and the Cheltenham guy....but Barnsley's official site......zip. This is whats rattling folk, and yes I think its disrespectful to the fans.

    my way means FLOCKS to the box office when it breaks....meaning calendar and Look North will be theer and suddenly we are the biggest club in Yorkshire....cunning huh.

    so why not tell the fans just that......

    Ladies & Gentlemen..a big attraction on open day will be the revelation of our new squad including any new signings made..in one statement we all know where we stand , AND it would attract more to the open day.

    I can see why they are not announcing things until they are finalised - its sensible after the constantine mess

    however - aren't they taking it a bit far when the rest of the football world have announced it?! its a bit unprofessional of the website and the club not to announce the details of the Odejayi transfer when he has quite clearly signed for us.
