So for all those of you not living in barnsley... TOUGH, you cant phone up and book tickets.
No mention of them being available online. Are they or arent they?
It says that season ticket holders can buy their seats from the box office but says that non season ticket holders are available through turnstyles cash only. Does that mean that if you arent a season ticket holder then you HAVE to buy on the turnstyle cash only or is the box office open to them too?
Any season ticket holder unable to attend the game will mean an empty seat because their seats will NOT be going on general sale, they will simply remain empty.
Organisation skills 0/10

My mate John is a season ticket holder but lives in Worthing. Hes had a few run ins with them in the past as hes partially sighted and they BFC are the most unhelpful club hes come across in terms of assistance or even basic understanding of his needs. He had an idea of doing away with the ticket office staff for good by means of a suicide bomb. We gave it up as a bad job when we realised it would only serve to wake the buggers up and theyd probably charge us a £2.00 booking fee for the pleasure!
Looks like they presume the ST holders will take all the tickets if there not carefull their will be empty seats at both legs utter farce.
Tickets are not as far as I can make out available online All season ticket holders are guaranteed their own seat, even if they live away as the seats will not be sold. Therefore if you cannot get to the ticket office until the day of the match, then you can go to box office and pick up your ticket for your seat. The other alternative I see is that you pay to enter at the turnstile then sit in your own seat as no one else can get a ticket for that seat. Only downside is that you are stuffed for away tickets It is not ideal, but why are we being made to organise the game for 5 days after the last game, when if you play a cup tie, and it goes to a replay then you cannot play the replay for 10 days. Surely the FA/FL have changed the rules here, or is it just to appease SKY SPORTS.
RE: Looks like they presume the ST holders will take all the tickets I would presume that if season ticket holders cant attend that they will have given their patron code to someone they know anyway.
They didn't have to hastily arrange it though They should have had plans in place at least last week and the details should have been announced. There was nothing to stop them putting provisional details in the programme for the last match and making sure details were in the Chronicle last week. And there was still only a week or less even before Sky showing every playoff game live.
Owen If you pay on the turnstile, then sit in your own seat, you are effectively occupying 2 seats, since the one you have paid for will now be empty.
