Odejayi and the injection of atmosphere from the crowd after he came on. Gave us the height and muscle we had missed up front all afternoon. Tussled with the Derby defender in the build up to Hume's goal and generally unsettled them at the back.

It doesn't look like many people are acknowledging either!

If you look through the posts quite a few people acknowledged Odejayi's contribution.

Fans have given him a break

Sung his name at Birmingham and has given him a good reception in all the games I've been to. Must be a big help - hopefully he'll start against Blackpool.

Odejayi is a handful. Wish he could start scoring then he'd be a great player!

agreed. There were about 3 factors for me. Odejayi coming on gave us presence up top, Hume being moved out wide got him being the creator rather than being the one hoping for creation, and also Bobby coming on in midfield. Not a fan of Bobby in midfield but he did a job that Leon and Howard weren't doing. Bobby coming on freed Bri up and his game seemed to improve too.

Credit to Davey today - knew it needed changing, and actually succeeded in changing it for the better.
