Why would we want yet another midfielder?

Can't see that one.......DW has stated that striker(s) are the priority.

Whitey would know about JB and so far he hasn't said anything.

Danny Graham would be a fantastic signing. Think he'll go to one of the top sides in this league though. Probably Forest.

If Mellis is on his way, Butterfield would be a perfect replacement.

Not sure he's the same player since his injury, though.

Is Mellis on his way, or is it pure speculation?

Love to see Butterfield back here, he's the type of player we're missing IMO. Mellis is very similar to him but lacks the quality Butterfield has, Mellis could maybe learn a thing or two off him?

But like a few have stated... Another striker is our main priority. Can't see Graham coming in a million years, he'll be destined for a top 6 club, but I thought he was on loan at Hull? Has his loan expired or somet?

I'll bet anyone a million quid, we will not be signing either of those players, on any terms, in the current transfer window.

I'd send Pedersen back too. After his first few games he looked a decent striker, but since then he's been sh!te if we're honest. He's spent more time injured than he has laiking. Could replace with a much better striker IMO, could get maybe 2 in fact.

Up front we only have Ogrady n Rose plus Pedersen who Danny does not rate

Dagnall n Scotland gone plus Pedersen

3 out so maybe 2 in.

It's been a tough transition for Pedersen.

Coming in from a different country/league, to a team that is struggling for form and struggling for a regular and positive formation (under a Flicker).
Injuries then don't allow him to have a regular run in the team.
Then we sack Flicker and bring in a new manager in DW.

It's no surprise to me that we have not seen the best of Pedersen.

Question is........do we have time to ease him back into the team. I think the answer is no, we need proven Championship goal scorer(s).
