    We sack LJ and spend a good whack of money paying him off.

    We appoint Burton and Hecky.

    They fail to keep us up, and then get off to a mediocre start in League 2.

    Burton and Hecky are fired, and we have lost two very important members of the academy team.

    Exactly the point I've made in another thread. Mark burton is Barnsley through and through, appointing him as manager means we have to sack him in 12 months, not what id want or is needed right now.

    They install some passion in the team recruit a couple of decent players manage them properly and..............
